Eastern Acres is a private 2.5 acre property full of modern charm and artistic flair. The main home features a spacious living area with colorful designer tile, 2 bedrooms and a bath. For groups of 6 we'll provide access to the the separate guest cottage with a queen bed and bath (see note below). The huge backyard has a shady covered patio, expansive deck, hot tub, charcoal grill, playscape and fire ring, all surrounded by gorgeous live oaks.
This Hill Country property has numerous features that make it stand out from the crowd, but our favorite is the super private and expansive 2.5 acre yard surrounded by shady live oaks. Spend your day tossing bean bags and grilling steaks, and then your evening sitting in the hot tub under the romantic string lights and starry Texas sky. Another top feature is our reliable cable WiFi, which is a rare find in the Wimberley area, and there's a built-in work area for telecommuters. Inside you'll find cool designer touches, modern furnishings and unique decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and coffee beans from our local roaster. The living room has a large smart tv, cozy fireplace and ample seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins and one trundle. The bathroom has a combo tub/shower. We are also kid and pet-friendly!
*Guest Cottage Note: the separate guest cottage is only made available to groups of 6 and adds a third bedroom and second bathroom to the mix. The additional cost to add the cottage to your reservation will be automatically added for groups of 6, so if you're a smaller group that would like access to the guest cottage, then go ahead and book for 6.
Noise/Neighbors: this home is on a rural residential street. Most of our neighbors are full time residents, so we ask that you respect the peace and solitude of our country road by keeping voices and music at a reasonable level during the day and low after 8pm weekdays/9pm weekends. Pets should not be allowed to wander or bark. Thank you for helping us be good neighbors.
